Star Rewards Frequently Asked Questions

 

Q     How can I check my Points balance?

A     You can check your Points balance here. It can take 2/3 days for a transaction to show on your account.

 

Q     I forgot my card so I am missing some Points

A     Keep hold of your receipt and contact us so we can add any missing Points to your account

 

Q     How can I redeem my Points?

A     You can redeem your Points here providing you have over 500 Points.

  

Q     What is the minimum redemption value?

A     500 points for a £5 voucher (excluding iTunes and Virgin Air Miles).

 

Q     What vouchers are available?

A     Texaco, M&S, Love2Shop, Argos and iTunes vouchers/gift cards are available. You can also exchange your Points for Virgin Air Miles or donate to Action for Children.

 

Q     When will my vouchers be received?

A     Within 30 days but you will usually receive your vouchers 10-14 days of placing your order.

 

Q     I haven't received my vouchers?

A     If you placed your order over 30 days ago, please call us on 0800 234 6336. Vouchers can take up to 30 days to arrive.

A     You can request a new Star Rewards card here or alternatively call us on 0800 234 6336.

 

Q     When will I receive my replacement Star Rewards card?

A     You will receive it within 10 days (usually 2/3 days allowing for post).
