Please try the following steps before contacting us:
You may not have an account with Star Rewards, so go back to the App and select Signup (with Facebook / Apple or Google ID, or with your email address)
The username / password you use to login to the Star Rewards website will work on the App, there is no need to create a new account on the App. If you’ve forgotten your password, you can click here to re-set it as long as you can remember your username.
Have you received an email from us with a Points Balance Statement within the last 3 months ? If so, please use the card number listed on the email as your username when you log in.
ISSUES WITH PASSWORD RESET
If you request a password reset email, and you have not received it – and it isn’t in your “Spam” folder – then it means that we don’t recognise the email address you’re using to request the password reset as belonging to an existing account. Please contact Customer Care using the details below.
