ISSUES LOGGING IN
We’ve updated the Texaco app. Download the latest versions here: Google Play & App Store.
You’ll need to add a verification code next time you log in (excluding social account log ins). The verification code is the last 4 digits of your member ID. If you don’t have this, you can get a reminder via forgotten password.
On the Texaco app login page, enter your email address, password and the verification code provided in the email. Press ‘Login’ and you’ll be logged into the Texaco app, where you can check your Points balance and more.
Please try the following steps before contacting us:
You may not have an account with Star Rewards, so go back to the App and select Signup (with Facebook / Apple or Google ID, or with your email address)
The username / password you use to login to the Star Rewards website will work on the App, there is no need to create a new account on the App. If you have forgotten your password or don’t know the last 4 digits of your member ID to verify your account, you can click here as long as you can remember your username.
Have you received an email from us with a Points Balance Statement within the last 3 months ? If so, please use the card number listed on the email as your username when you log in.
ISSUES WITH PASSWORD RESET
If you request a password reset email, and you have not received it – and it isn’t in your “Spam” folder – then it means that we don’t recognise the email address you’re using to request the password reset as belonging to an existing account. Please contact Customer Care using the details below.
