You can check your Points balance here. It can take 2/3 days for a transaction to show on your account.

Keep hold of your receipt and contact us so we can add any missing Points to your account.
How do I spend/redeem my Points?
You can spend Points in-store on fuel or redeem Points for a Love2shop Reward code here providing you have over 500 Points.
What is the minimum Points spend in-store/redemption value?
500 Points can be spent in-store for £5 off your fuel transaction. 500 Points can also be redeemed for a £5 Love2shop Reward Code. 250 Points can be redeemed for a £5 donation to our chosen charities.
