How do I spend/redeem my Points?
You can spend Points in-store on fuel or redeem Points for a Love2shop Reward code here providing you have over 500 Points.
What is the minimum Points spend in-store/redemption value?
500 Points can be spent in-store for £5 off your fuel transaction. 500 Points can also be redeemed for a £5 Love2shop Reward Code. 250 Points can be redeemed for a £5 donation to our chosen charities.
What rewards are available?
You can spend your Points in-store on fuel and shop goods. Alternatively, Love2shop Reward Codes are available which can be redeemed for e-codes and gift cards for many high-street brands. You can also donate Points to The Trussell Trust, Age UK, FareShare, The East End Community Foundation and Action for Children and we’ll match your donation.
When will my vouchers be received?
Within 30 days but you will usually receive your vouchers 10-14 days of placing your order.
I haven’t received my vouchers?
If you placed your order over 30 days ago, please call us on 0800 234 6336. Vouchers can take up to 30 days to arrive.
